New 20,000 square foot facility - This is our new headquarters in Post Falls, Idaho.

Waterjet Cutting Table - With a new 6' x 12' CNC Waterjet Cutting Table, we can custom cut shapes in almost any material desired by our customers. We accept anything from hand sketches to 3D Solid models and we stock many sizes of steel and alumium plate to provide quick turn arounds for our customers.

200 Ton x 16' CNC Press Brake - State of the art press brake allows us to precisely form sheet metal parts of all shapes and sizes.

Welders - State of the Art welders for Steel, Stainless Steel, and Alumium. Wheather it requires a spot weld, MIG weld, or TIG weld, we have the equipment and know how to get the job done.

Vertical CNC Milling - CNC Milling machine with a 40" x 20" table fitted with a 4th axis.

6 Axis Robot - For large volume Milling Welding and Assembly.

Iron Worker - A weath of custom tooling allows us to bend, notch, sheer, punch, and form many specialty parts for our customers in a very economical fashion.

Vertical Mill and Lathe - Manual machine tools allow us to build tooling and fixtures to support large manufacturing runs of product.

Hydraulic Tube Bender - Square and round tubing can be formed into custom shapes.

Iron Worker - A weath of custom tooling allows us to bend, notch, sheer, punch, and form many specialty parts for our customers in a very economical fashion.

CNC Lathe - 12" Turning Capacity on our CNC Lathe.

Hydraulic Roller - This is our own custom designed Hydraulic Tube Roller. We can Roll about any radius desired in bar, pipe, and tube up to 3" diameter. We have used it on spiral staircase handrails and many other projects.

Sand Blasting - Our 10' x 20' Sand Blasting Booth allows us to prep most items for powder coating.

Powder Coating - We can powder coat just about anything any color in our 10' x 16' powder coating booth. We also apply chemical resistant process coatings such as Halar. To see a few of the many color options click HERE
